  • Far more vegan parmesan if you like 
  • Some rocket

So that’s what I’m going to do but for the sake of argument you can peel it and prick it a number of occasions then set it in the microwave for 3 minutes and enable it awesome before chopping it up. 

I reckon chop it up, address it in olive oil, salt and pepper then place it in the oven at about 180 degrees C for 10 – 15 minutes right until it’s delicate then enable it awesome. That should really give a greater flavour to the burgers.

  • 100 g Hemp Flour 
  • 100 g Orange Zest 
  • 100 g Chopped Walnuts 
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp Ginger 
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg


Grease a medium sized cake tin and set your oven to 180 degrees C. 

Place the oil, zest, sugar and vanilla into a bowl, whisk with each other, then increase the milk and grated carrots. 

Then incorporate all of your flours, baking soda and powder, as very well as the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. 

Fold the dry things into the soaked things along with the walnuts and seeds. 

Then just bake for 15 – 20 minutes. 




  • 350 g of margarine (dairy totally free if you like)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 380g Icing Sugar
